玉木耳是毛木耳的白色变种,食用营养价值同黑木耳、毛木耳。
玉木耳补血,减少血液凝结,润肺,化解结石等。玉木耳背面的毛中含有丰富的多糖物质,具有较高的抗癌活性。同时,还有滋阴壮阳、清肺益气、降血脂、降血浆胆固醇、抑制血小板聚集等诸多特殊疗效。由于玉木耳的膳食纤维含量较高,故对食用者的胃肠蠕动、消化吸收均有较好的帮助和促进作用;所含纤维素酶能分解纤维素,富含胶质和磷脂分子,长期食用对不溶性纤维尘粒等具有较强吸附力,能消除肠胃杂物,是纺织、采矿、理发等行业的理想保健食品。
但玉木耳色泽洁白,晶莹剔透,白璧无瑕,秀色可餐。
